Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Service
KRIDIX | Trading Engine operates strictly as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Due to the nature of our cloud-based infrastructure and instant resource allocation upon account activation, all subscription fees, server charges, and licensing fees are 100% non-refundable once paid and the software access is granted.
2. Trading Losses
Under no circumstances will KRIDIX be held liable to refund or compensate for any financial losses incurred in your trading accounts. Market volatility, execution slippages, and strategic losses are the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Broker API & Technical Downtimes
Our software relies on third-party broker APIs (e.g., Dhan). We do not issue refunds for platform downtimes, missed trades, or disruptions caused by broker-side API failures, rate limiting (WAF blocks), or scheduled broker maintenance. Users acknowledge these inherent technical risks before subscribing.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Upon cancellation, your access to the KRIDIX platform will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
